Privacy Policy
Last updated June 18, 2026
SuperCurate is built so your photos never leave your iPhone. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app does and doesn't do with your data.
What stays on your device
SuperCurate indexes and searches your photo library entirely on your iPhone. Your photos, the search index SuperCurate builds from them, and your searches are all stored locally on your device. None of it is uploaded to us or anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. SuperCurate has no accounts, no sign-up, and no servers that receive your data. We don't collect, transmit, sell, or share your photos, search queries, or personal information.
Photo access
SuperCurate asks for access to your photo library so it can build its local index and show results. You can grant full access or hand-pick individual photos, and you can change or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
Analytics & tracking
SuperCurate contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use cookies or identifiers to track you across apps or websites.
Apple Photos albums
If you choose to save a collection to an Apple Photos album, that action happens through Apple's APIs on your device. SuperCurate does not see or store a copy of those photos.
Children's privacy
SuperCurate does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
